UTICA OD WRONGLY PORTRAYS HOWARD STREET FAMILY

Just returned home from delivering donations to the family on Howard Ave, who have been the center of controversy after their children were removed from the home because of what is alleged to be deplorable living conditions..

Utica OD Editor, Donna Donovan needs to get off her elitist ass and go into the bowels of Cornhill to give an accurate assessment of the living conditions....I was there...and her article does not accurately portray the home, as I saw it...
