NON-EMERGY CALL TO UPD RE-ROUTED TO THE 911 CALL CENTER

Trying to get some info on the family from Howard Ave that police responded to and subsequently removed the children because of the deplorable conditions but when calling UPD...it was a fiasco ..call was re-routed to the 911 call center.

Finally reached Lt. Brucker who would forward a message to UPD spokesperson, Sergeant Steven Hauck
